Sara learned to knit and crochet in the 4th grade and started designing her own patterns soon after. She has used craft throughout her life in various school, service, and fundraising projects. She has been lucky enough to write and design patterns for a variety of organizations, most recently with the non-profit Krochet Kids International. This is a really cute dress made with diamond cutouts to give it some extra style. It can be made backless or sleeveless as well! Such a versatile dress, and very cute on! Happy stitching!
Supplies: H hook, worsted weight yarn (1,350-1,500 yards depending on size), tapestry needle. Gauge: 7 stitches and 4 rows of double crochet = 2 inches.
Stitches: Chain (ch), Double Crochet (dc), Single Crochet (sc), Slip stitch (sl st), Double Crochet 2 together (dc2tog).
Sizes: S, M, L
Small: 10.5 inches across shoulders, 17 inches across hips, 30 inches from neck to bottom, 19 inch long sleeves, 12.5 inches around top of arm, 7.5 inches around wrist.
Medium: 13.5 inches across shoulders, 21 inches across hips, 33 inches from neck to bottom, 22 inch long sleeves, 14 inches around top of arm, 9 inches around wrist
Large: 16 inches across shoulders, 25 inches across hips, 36 inches from neck to bottom, 25 inch long sleeves, 15.5 inches around top of arm, 10 inches around wrist.
