This skirtie was created to be crocheted onto any wool soaker (cloth diaper cover). The soaker in the picture is knitted, but it can easily be done with a crocheted soaker. This could also be created just as a cute skirt, without using it as a soaker. You could easily use a soaker pattern with a fiber other than wool (or wool if you like) and then just put it over a disposable diaper, and you'd have a cute little skirt with an underskirt.

I am a homeschooling mother of five wonderful children. I'm also a knitwear designer and a writer. I try to live simply and love to create. I began crocheting at the age of 8 and began designing my own patterns not long after. Knitting came much later, but it wasn’t long until I started writing knitting patterns as well. I’m thrilled to share the love of handmade creations with others~ so DaisyHead Creations was born!
