Basic Skills Necessary:

  • basic crochet stitches, post stitches

Pattern Description:

Shown in: Malabrigo "Arroyo", 100 g/ 3.5 oz, 335 yds/305 m,
100% superwash merino wool, 3 (4, 4, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins in
#49 Jupiter.

Like piped frosting on a birthday cake, apply post stitches to the yoke of this cardigan for a fanciful decoration. Worked from the top down in one piece with no seams, it's easy to adjust the fit as you go. Make it short sleeved as shown, or work long sleeves for a version that will take you through winter.

This is also available as part of a collection of 6 patterns in my E-book, Sugar and Spice: Six Bakery-Inspired Designs.
