Pattern Description:

This skirt pattern is written for one size, 3T-4T (21"), but you could always make it bigger by adding a few more chains, add on 4 more chains per inch longer you will need it, or subtract 4 chains for every inch smaller you need it, then continue in the pattern, although the pattern is specifically written for the size stated above.

I made this skirt for my daughter to wear as a cover up over her bathing suit, and from the second she put it on, she couldn't stop twirling around, and that is why I named it after her. ;~)
