This collection of 3 loving kindness shawls and their variations was developed by me when I was running the prayer shawl ministry at a Quaker church I attended. I needed something that I could make quickly as the need arose, using whatever yarn I had available. These three styles and their variations are the designs I came up with and I have used them again and again when I need a shawl. The recipients always love them. I have also made shawls for myself using these recipes!!
These patterns allow you to make the shawls in any size you want using the yarn you have on hand, so there is no set gauge.
