Skill Level:

little skill level requirement Novice

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Simple crochet stitches such as SC, HDC, etc.

Pattern Description:

The Harriet romper is cuddly and comfy plus it's SUPER EASY to make! You can use bright colors to make the outfit cutesy or use muted colors for a completely different look. You can also change the look of this romper by adding ribbon, or attaching flowers and buttons. (Instructions for stems/flowers as seen in picture.)

Make the shirt ANY size you want (although I wouldn't suggest going bigger than a young preschooler size on the shorts).

Skill level: Beginner

I try to make my patterns easy to follow and explain things in simple terms so every one should be able to read and understand them with ease. Plus I take pictures of the process, so that should help.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Newborn to Young Preschooler - make it any size

  • I hook, Skein (or two) of Caron Simply Soft Yarn (or equivalent)

You Will Also Need:

  • buttons, yarn scraps in coordinating colors

I have been creating crochet patterns for about 9 years. In the beginning my patterns were pretty scary, but I think all the years of practice (and forcing my kids to wear my creations) has paid off! Hopefully you think so too.
