Pattern Description:
Little girls inspired the dress. Dress can abe worn over a bathing suit or a teeshirt, or with a slip to dress it up.
A tie is inserted in the meshes at the waist to enhance the fit.
You can make the dress longer just by continuing the stitch pattern.
