- Skill Level: EASY to INTERMEDIATE This is a project created using basic stitches, simple colour changes and minimal shaping and finishing. It incorporates a repetitive pattern using basic crochet stitches but may require some skill to master. Not recommended for absolute beginners.
Pattern Description:
Floreala is a gorgeously girly, floral inspired skirt: perfect for any little girl. Equally suited to cotton or wool you can brighten any season with an array of colour options limited only by your imagination.
Constructed from the top down and with an elastic waistband casing you can easily customise this design for a perfect fit.
Pattern includes instructions for both DK and worsted weight.
Photo tutorial included.
Gauge:
For DK/8ply:17 sc to 4 inches/10cm on 4.5mm hook (or size required to achieve gauge)
For worsted/10ply: 15 sc to 4 inches/10cm on 5.0mm hook (or size required to achieve gauge)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 0-6 months through to size 14
- To fit 16" - 29" waist
Materials:
- For DK/8ply:4.5mm and 5.5mm hooks or hook size required to achieve gauge.
- For Worsted/10ply:5.0mm and 6.0mm hooks or hook size required to achieve gauge.
- 200 - 850m of DK or worsted weight yarn
