The color combination of all the vests I have made is inspired by two avenues of color. The jersey shore carousel for the multi colored vest and purple hues for an enchanted Stevie Nicks style vest. Great colorways make a perfect marriage for this shawl vest pattern.
This written instruction pattern is a guide to making this cool vest with pictures and chart guides.
The yarn used is Deborah Norville Serenity Garden.
Size- H hook,
Size= Crochet loose for bigger sizes, Crochet tight for smaller sizes.
Used - 11 Skeins
One size fits all Gauge is determined by the hook selection- H or J.
Gauge is not necessary since this is a "One size fits all" and crocheted in the round. You can always stop at any row after the armhole is completed for a shorter vest or continue to the end for a longer vest. Size - H hook recommended but a size -G or J hook will make a smaller or larger size as well.
1950 yards of Fingering weight
