Basic Skills Necessary:

Pattern Description:

Winter Nocturne is a textured triangular shawl worked from the top down in alternating sections. The pattern contains both written instructions and charts.

The pattern assumes firm knowledge of and experience with basic Tunisian crochet techniques, specifically how each row is worked as two separate passes, how to work basic Tunisian stitches and increases, as well as how to bind off your work.

You can find a few Tunisian crochet tutorials on my website:

A picture tutorial, walking through the first rows, including an unusual method of creating a nice clean top edge is included in the pattern.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if something is not quite clear.
