Utah Jazz Scarf Graph Pattern

Category:

Crocheting

Type:

Accessory

Fit:

Women, Men

Item:

Neckwear

Skill Level:

intermediate skill level requirement Advanced

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Changing yarn colors, single crochet, use many strands of yarn on the same row

Pattern Description:

I was asked to make a Jazz scarf for one of their fans, but he wanted the logo in the design and not ontop of the scarf. I thought it would be a fun challenge.

Friends and family will love it because it stays true to the logo and the graph is easy to read. It could also be used as part of an afghan or pillow, or make it and frame it. The options are endless.

***This is NOT to be used to sell finished items due to the Trademark.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Logo is 7" high x 19" in length, but scarf should be about 5'

Materials:

  • Less than 1 skein each: Cornmeal, Aran and Dark Sage Yarn
  • 2 Skeins Soft Navy Yarn
  • Size G crochet hook
  • I used RedHeart yarn, but it does turn out stiff. If making a scarf, I would try a softer yarn
