Pattern Description:

A cosy crochet scarf that is just wide enough to be worn as a stole. It is designed especially for Rowan Kidsilk Haze Trio, a lovely aran weight mohair yarn made of three different coloured threads twisted together. As made to the pattern the scarf measures 37cm (15") wide by 180cm (71") long when blocked. Although designed for Rowan Kidsilk Haze Trio, it can be made in any aran (or worsted) weight yarn. A nice alternative would be one strand of laceweight mohair (eg Rowan Kidsilk Haze) together with one strand of a soft double knit. The pattern makes up quickly and is easily adapted to any width or any length. And also adaptable to any yarn weight. Written in English and US terms Instructions are written and charted.

  • approx 280-300m (310-330yds) of aran weight yarn
