I love the look of knitted lace shawls, but was looking to do one in crochet!

Easy pattern with fabulous results! Try it with chunkier yarn and a bigger hook!

Make it a mobius by turning one end 180 degrees before you whip stitch the ends together!

Use your sock yarn for an added pattern to the scarf!

Easily make it longer or wider to fit your needs!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 49" L x 6 1/2" W

Materials:

  • crochet hook F/5 3.75 mm
  • 2 skeins Malabrigo Silky Merino yarn in Natural #63; 150 yards/50 gms 51% silk 40% merino wool.
  • Any light weight (3) yarn will work!
  • tapestry needle

I was taught to knit by my mother in my teens in the '70's and I quickly went from that to cross stitch and then needlepoint.

Life goes on to a full time job, marriage, a child and then in early in 2004, I was forced to stay off my feet. I pick up the needles and started with knitting a scarf and then another, and then another! Next thing I know, I have 50 of them!
