Pattern Description:

This listing is for a crochet pattern for The Tessa Beanie, part of my Shasta Collection.

This adorable cap is a clean, modern take on a classic pom-pom beanie. It's chunky stitch is thick and warm, yet still has a nice drape, so the beanie can also be worn on the back of the head in a slouchy style. It also features an amazing, fluffy, oversized pom-pom. A template and instructions to create the pom-pom are included with the pattern.
This beanie is my crocheted version of a knit beanie I saw on the cover of my favorite store's winter magazine-I fell in love with it, so I decided to create it for myself!

Excellent Quick N' Cozy  January 15, 2013

Fabulous pattern! Had a few questions (not for lack of explanation in the pattern, but because I'm a beginner) and Nicole responded promptly with some great tips. Easy pattern to follow and lots of opportunities to embellish. One of the greatest features of this hat is that there's no funky lines or awkward looking stitches. It's consistent throughout and the end result is tight and adorably nubby. SUPER warm. Looking forward to trying more of Nicole's patterns in the future.
