Isn't this a cute, funky, fun bag?
The shape is just amazing. And of course, made in YOUR favourite colour instead of mine, you will just adore it.
Deceptively easy once you know how, this divine little dilly bag can be interpreted in many ways. A chunky yarn for a larger bag or a dainty wedding bag in a fine cotton.
This would make a very inexpensive gift..... filled with candies for a birthday, or baby toiletries for a new Mum.
So many possibilities.....................
Gauge of sample in 8 ply (#3 ) is
19 st to 10cm across top of bag and
14 dc to 10 cm in body of bag.
My Mum was a brilliant needlewoman so I learned to knit at 5 .
My Nanna taught me to crochet at about 10.
Love to create something beautiful from almost nothing. That extends from crochet and knitting through to my garden and in the kitchen.
It is the only way to live........in my opinion.
Frugally and simply means happily to me.
