This pattern uses one of my favorite stitches, the crossed double crochet. The construction is a simple rectangle so it's perfect for beginners and novices. My most recent patterns have all been named after beloved pets of mine and my friends & family. This pattern was named after my friend Martina's cat Tekko. She moved in with Martina and her husband after her previous owners in the neighborhood moved without her. She is now spoiled rotten by her Poppa and even has her own custom cat house on the back deck!
7 crossed double crochets or 6 rows in pattern = 4 inches
550 yards of Worsted weight
I spend my days working in the oncology department in one of Boston's top hospitals and my nights & weekends playing with yarn. My passions are everything related to art, books, hockey and the creative process. My fur baby, Orlando, is a 7 year old tuxedo cat that runs my life. He loves yarn as much as I do.
