Though this cowl is inspired by current fashion trends, I watched a lot of Downton Abbey while designing it. I just love the character of Sybil. She's soft- spoken but passionate, a little revolutionary and so very kind.
With two strands of bulky yarn held together (or one strand of stupendously bulky yarn held on its own) and a gigantic hook, you can complete this project in a couple of hours. Then you'll be warm and fashionable, ready to conquer a new era.
5 1/2 sts and 4 rows = 10 cm (4") in pattern.
400 yards of Bulky weight
