Perfect hat to wear for shade in the summer to protect little heads from sunburn and add a little extra cuteness to everyday.
Easy and fast to make.
This pattern is rated easy and includes six sizes, from newborn all the way to adult.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Newborn 12" - 14"
- 3 - 6 mo. 14" - 16"
- 6 - 12 mo. 16" - 18"
- 1 - 3 yr. 18" - 20"
- 4 - 12 yr. 20" - 22"
- Teen/Adult 22" - 24"
Materials:
- J 10/6.00mm for the hat
- H8/5.00mm for the flower
You Will Also Need:
- Yarn needle
- Yarn marker or scrap of yarn for sections 1 and 3
- This pattern will work with any (4) worsted weight yarn in the fiber of your choice. Light pink for the body of the hat and a small amount of yellow for the flower and green for the leaves. The hat shown was made with: Loops & Threads Cotton Club in: Blushing Bride. Bernat Handicrafter Cotton in: Pale Yellow. Sugar 'n Cream Scents Cotton in: Aloe Vera.

About the Designer
I am a stay at home Mom with a 3 year old girl so my life is pink, glitter, Minnie Mouse and princesses right now. I live in Northern California where hat weather can happen anytime of the year so, I started crocheting little hats for my daughter. I began writing my own patterns when I couldn't find just what I was looking for. I love coming up with new ideas for cute hats!
