Sock monkeys are classic! And, how adorable is it to have a version for your little one's cap? Inspired by classic designs, updated with a little twist, this hat is one of my favorites and so fun to make. The only thing more fun is putting the cap on and then watching the expressions of admirers passing by!
Gauge:
24 sts in sc = 4"/10cm diameter
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Child, 1-2 years old
- Can also be adjusted for larger/smaller sizes
Materials:
- Crochet hook, I/( (5.5mm)
- Worsted weight yarn, 1 skein hat color, 1 skein contrasting color
- Scrap of red yarn to make the mouth.
You Will Also Need:
- Safety eyes (10mm) OR 2 buttons for eyes
