Basic Skills Necessary:

  • For this pattern, you will need to know single crochet and chain.

Pattern Description:

This scarf is crocheted using the woven stitch which alternates between single crochet and chain-1 spaces. By changing colors every row, a cool striped pattern appears across the width of the scarf. It's crocheted lengthwise and works up very quickly.

Almost every year since 2005, my daughter and I have participated in a breast cancer walk. To help raise money for our team, The Treasured Chest, I have designed this scarf in pink and white. 10% of all pattern sales will go toward Making Strides for Breast Cancer, sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
