Hi! My name is Pam and I am the owner and designer of Sincerely Pam. I would say that I am best known for my use of texture and sense of humor in my designs. I am a self-taught Crocheter since Feb 2012 having entered the design world in April 2013. What began as a simple hobby has blossomed into passion for all things fiber. In my first year Designing I published 40 patterns ranging from gotta-have Collections to animal-inspired cowls and pillows.
In Dec 2013 I become a proud member of the Design Wars community competing in Design Wars 6 and the first ever Design Wars (mini) Challenge. I was also the winner of Most Favorite Design for my Marek Vest in the Back to School Challenge 2014.

This scarf/cowl was designed and inspired by the incredibly gorgeous fingering weight yarn I purchased from Yarn Baby LLC. I did not have a pattern in mind when I purchased it. Instead the stitches came to me with hook in hand. This cowl truly designed itself.

Did I mention that this pattern offers a coupon code good for Yarn Baby Yarn (valid for 10 users only so hurry!!)
This scarf/cowl is incredibly versatile in that it can be made with any yarn and hook you have on hand. The fingering weight yarn and H hook aren't usually paired together, but in this case it allows a beautifully light and airy stitch and gives this piece incredible drape.
Although the pattern was written using the Fingering weight yarn and an H hook, it has been tested with #4 worsted weight and #6 chunky weight with amazing results! Measurements and suggestions are listed in the pattern.
You are free to sell what you make from this pattern, but you may not share, copy or reproduce this pattern in part or whole.
