I got a great new coat last winter, but did not have a THING to wear with it, so I designed this perky hat. It not only looks great, but it will keep you nice and warm in cold weather. It is simple enough to make that you can make one to go with every coat.
It is designed for an adult head, with a drawstring for adjustments to individual sizes.
Be sure to check out the rest of the original crochet, knit, needlepoint, and quilt patterns in my shop, as well as a selection of hand-made items. I add new listings all the time.
All of the patterns which I sell are my own design and are copyrighted. Painstaking attention has been paid to the instructions, to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and easy to understand and follow.

I started knitting at age 8 and learned all the rest as I went along - crocheting, sewing, tatting, latch hook, macrame, quilting, needlepoint, leather work, and woodworking. I became a professional seamstress and got into quilting big-time. These days, I mostly concentrate on knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, and woodworking. I began doing my own designing when I was laid up in a full leg cast. Since then, I have created over 200 of my own designs in various mediums, the patterns for which I sell everywhere and anywhere. I decided to sell my patterns individually, since I hate to have to buy an entire book to get the one or two that I want.
I do sell some hand-made items from my own designs, including woodworking items made by myself, at:
