I wanted a hat that wouldn't crunch up my long hair while I was working in the barn during the winter. So I developed this pony tail hat.
Gauge:
about 3 sts to an inch in pattern stitch- This pattern is forgiving.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- fits an 18 to 24 inch head
Materials:
- 200 yards of thick and thin bulky yarn, size h crochet hook, stitch marker,5 buttons and a darning needle
