Pattern Description:

Looking for a vintage look without a lot of work? This bonnet is just what you need. Fairly simple to make and you have to ask yourself, "What little girl wouldn't look adorable in this little hat?"

Gauge:

Gauge: 16 sts and 7 1/4 rows in dc = 4" square

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • To fit approx. 0-3 months (3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 2-4 years)

Materials:

  • Hook: Size G/6 (4.25 mm) or size to obtain correct gauge, size B/1 (2.25 mm) for rose.
  • Yarn: Worsted (medium) weight yarn, approx. 70 (96, 110, 114, 120) yards and small amount fingering weight yarn for rose. Try to choose a yarn with a bit of stretch to it for this project for the best fit.
