little skill level requirement Novice

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • chain, double crochet, treble, double treble

Pattern Description:

A lovely simple lacy triangular shawl, just right for summer evenings, and surprisingly easy and quick to make. The shawl is worked from the long top edge downwards, so you start with a long foundation chain but each row gets shorter. By the time you have completed 16 rows you are already halfway complete! I used The Natural Dye Studio's Angel 4 ply yarn in Nutmeg, but any 4ply/fingering weight yarn will do. Special sale price for summer - until the end of August when it reverts to full price of $5.00. Written in English and US crochet terms

IMPORTANT NOTE: New regulations in the EU (with effect from 13th June 2014) mean that patterns aren't refundable after download. However, if you're unhappy in any way with your pattern I can still offer a refund / replacement. To comply with the regulations there is full information on my terms and conditions here:

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • approx 330-380m of 4ply/fingering weight yarn
  • 4.5mm crochet hook

You Will Also Need:

  • tapestry needle
  • stitch markers
