Okay Darling cap, but watch the sizing.  October 15, 2012

This is a darling cap. The pattern is beautiful, but the sizing is off. It runs at least 1" or more too small. I had to adjust and add more rows. I finally just switched to a different pattern.

Good Hats for charity layettes  July 1, 2012

We have participated in a layette project at church for many years. A recent change is to include a baby hat with all layettes. This pattern is perfect for our purpose. The hats will be paired with sweatshirts or sweaters of various colors and styles. I quickly make the first 6 - each hat takes just a little while. I plan on making "a bunch" and offering them to church members who need hats to complete their layettes. Thanks for the great pattern!

Excellent Newborn Cap  June 23, 2012

This is a great project for a beginner or an experienced crafter looking for a side project. This hat took me less than an hour to make and is a perfect gift for an expecting mother.
