Basic Skills Necessary:

  • The purchaser of this pattern should be familiar with the following stitches: chain, single crochet, half double crochet, front post double crochet, back post double crochet, slip stitch.

Pattern Description:

This is a very warm piece for head and neck-wear all combined into one. I designed this as a gift for my mother, who had been asking for a combination hat and scarf all in one.

If you prefer a hood that has a more fitted (rounded) top, then this pattern is for you. The hood sits nicely on your head and the scarf wraps around to secure it in place. Made all in one piece with no sewing involved.

Any worsted weight fiber should work nicely for this pattern.

Please keep in mind that worsted weight fiber is recommended for this pattern. Results will vary depending on yarn weight and hook size.
