Pattern Description:

This hat is surprisingly easy to make and you will absolutely love your finished hat! This cute little Minion is just right for your little boy or girl to dress up or cheer up an ordinary day. It is so fun that you can't help but smile each time you look at it.

This pattern includes complete instructions to make 2 hats in 6 different sizes from newborn all the way to adult:
- Minion beanie
- Minion earflap hat with braids or ties

The pattern also includes instructions for eyes in 3 sizes so you can have one or two eyed minions.

Gauge:

2" x 2" square = 4 rows of 6dc

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Newborn 12" - 14"
3 - 6 mo. 14" - 16"
6 - 12 mo. 16" - 18"
1 - 3 yr. 18" - 20"
4 - 12 yr. 20" - 22"
13 - Adult 22" - 24"

Materials:

H8/5.00mm Hook
This pattern will work with any (4) worsted weight yarn in the fiber of your choice. Yellow for the body of the hat, black for the trim, hair and pupils, tiny amount of brown for the iris, white for the eyes and silver for the goggles.

I made this hat originally for my 22 yr old sister who is obsessed with minions.. Which turned into my mom, dad, brother, husband, cousins kids, friends kids, and many more wanting their own minion hat! I think I'm the only person in my family that doesn't have one now. They whip up fast and are oh so adorable! I added a bow onto a couple of them too for little girls. Super cute!
