I love experimenting with textiles of all kinds. I am currently totally loopy for amigurumi. I hope you like my collection of patterns. I am working on adding more as often as I can. I have more wool in my stash than I could ever possibly use, but I still I intend to buy more! (Lots more!!)View all patterns by designer (65) »
Wee Willie Winkie Baby Hat
Here's a quick crochet project for a long (and/or short) tailed Wee Willie Winkie hat. Featuring a cool snowball trim that frames baby's face beautifully and adds a touch of winter magic.
The instructions are easy to follow and include clear photographs to help you to crochet this cosy winter hat. The pompom pattern contains instructions for including a rattle or a bell inside to keep baby amused :-)
A lovely snuggle-up for any time the weather is a bit nippy. Makes a great photography prop too.
Pattern is worked entirely in light worsted weight (DK/8 ply) yarn and uses a size J (6mm) and a size E (3.5mm) crochet hook.
Pattern includes instructions for sizes; Tiny baby, Newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-12 months, (from 12" (30cm) - 19" (48cm) circumference).
This pattern is written in American crochet terminology and includes a handy stitch conversion chart so you can translate to British crochet terms instead should you wish to.
