Pattern Description:
This is a great transitional weather hat. The long double crochet stitches create little eyelets that make it very breathable. It's also a great stashbuster that allows you to use up small amounts of yarn in two colors.
This pattern uses U.S. crochet abbreviations and international stitch symbols.

Diameter of first six rounds = 4-1/8". Check your gauge for best results and fit.

- Red Heart Eco-Cotton Blend yarn (3 oz/85 g/145 yds/132 m/75% recycled cotton, 25% polyester): 1 skein each 1255 Tangerine (Color A) and 1370 Candy Marl (Color B) or approximately 150 yds [132 m] of Color A in any medium weight yarn and approximately 40 yds [37 m] of Color B in any medium weight yarn
- I-9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook (for hat) or any size needed to obtain gauge
- H-8 (5 mm) crochet hook (for flower) or any size needed to obtain gauge
- Yarn needle
