Kit is available here: http://lilygo.blogspot.com/2012/11/laura-shawl-crochet-pattern-and-kit-for.html
Laura is a crescent shaped shawl worked from side to side in one piece, both the body and the edging. With this construction, you don't have to worry about run out of yarn. Just make sure you weigh your yarn in the beginning and do the other half when halfway through (or a little before, to be safe).
I choose this name because Laura is my favourite character in my favourite book "Little House on The Prairie".
Instructions come in 3 sizes, small, medium and large, but you can adjust the size (depth and length) easily. As with all my other patterns, this pattern comes with both written instructions and charts.

I live on a tropical island called Penang which is one of the states in a country called Malaysia, but it does not stop me from learning how to knit. I knew how to crochet since I was 6 and taught myself to knit about 5 years ago and after a couple of projects, I began designing my own patterns. I just love the process of designing, from the imagining of the design to the drawing and even the math part of it. I love to wear something pretty and feminine and it is reflected in all of my designs. I have 2 small daughters that need a lot of attention besides my full time job, so I am happy enough if I can publish 3 patterns a year.View all patterns by designer (38) »
