Gauge:

Work the following 2 Rounds. After Round 2 is complete, circle should measure 3" across. If it does not, try changing hook size up or down.
Round 1: Color A - Ch 4. DC 14 times in 4th ch from hook. Join with sl st at top to of first DC. (14)
Round 2: Ch 3. DC 2 times in each st around. Join with sl st at top to of first DC. (28)
