I have been designing crochet and knitting patterns for quite some time. To me, Tunisian crochet is the best of both worlds. This design fulfills my need to make a quick cowl for the winters, which uses some interesting techniques while being super fashionable and totally wearable. The sample shows the version with full edging/ female version. If worked with partial edging, the same pattern becomes the ultimate men’s accessory.
16 stitches and 20 rows = 4 inches in Tunisian pattern stitch

I started very young. Basic knit sts taught by my Ma and crochet sts by my aunt. Beyond that I am mostly self-taught. Started designing straight away. My first project ever, being a boat-neck sweater for me. It was perfect!
