Pattern Description:
Flower Granny is a pair of earrings made to shine. It has a cute flower pattern in the center. The earrings are made of shiny rayon yarn with cotton embroidery floss as an edging. I've also added beads just to add a touch of oomph. Pattern By (c)Mamta Motiyani 2010
Gauge:
28 sc + 8 dc rows = 4" (10 cm) on size 0 (1.75 mm) steel hook.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- About 2.5" from top of the ear wires to bottom of the earrings.
Materials:
- Suggested yarn: Lace weight yarn in any 2 contrasting colors. I've used: 1)White shiny rayon yarn: About 20 yards, 2)Lavender colored embroidery floss.: About 6 yards
- Crochet Hook: 1.75mm or Size 0 steel hook.
You Will Also Need:
- Darning Needle
- 2 Earring Fish Hooks
- 2 silver plated eye pins(1" each)
- 2 glass Czech beads(8mm)
- Wire cutter
- Round nosed pliers
- Flat nosed pliers
