Pattern Description:
This fun firefighter helmet will rescue you from the cold and get you noticed. The design includes post texture, a shaped brim and a shield that can be personalized. Make one for all the firefighter fans you know with their favorite engine numbers. The firefighter helmet makes a great photo prop, costume or everyday hat.
Gauge:
2.25 sts = 1 inch
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Newborn (0-3 Months)
- Infant (3-12 Months)
- Toddler/Child (2-8)
- Teen/Adult (9 & up)
Materials:
- Worsted weight yarn in main color, 1 skein for Newborn & Infant sizes, 2 skeins for Toddler/Child &Teen/Adult sizes (I used Vanna's Choice)
- Worsted weight yarn in secondary color for shield, 1 skein
- US K Hook
- Optional: pipe cleaners
