Perfect for all weather, the lightweight yarn is soft and warm, but the airy design makes it breathable. This pattern requires beads and has instructions for beaded crochet, as well as an optional fringe topper detail for the hat. Great photography prop! I love Faeries, and they were the inspiration for this pattern!

My kids were in a production of The Nutcracker one year and had long rehearsals. Parents were required to stay and wait for them. I needed something to do while I waited so I bought some yarn and a few hooks, watched some YouTube videos and printed out a few how-to tutorials from the Internet. My OBSESSION was born! Creating new patterns and seeing the finished product is a much needed creative outlet for me.
