This Hooded Scarf is crocheted using two types of pattern stitches. The Hood section is worked in a rib stitch resembling the look of a knitted English Rib. The Scarf section is worked in a Slip Stitch Rib. Both pattern stitches produce a fabric which has more stretch than the typical crocheted rib stitches.
