Pattern Description:

This is a 10 page pdf file with instructions to make these pretty and versatile crochet boot cuffs. These boot cuffs can be worn with any size boot without all the bulk of full size leg warmers. Adjust them around your calf or down by your ankles - they will always fit perfectly! Great idea for a (quick or last minute) gift.

Skill Level: Easy. If you can sc and dc you should be able to follow the directions to make these cuffs. You can always contact me as well to ask questions.

Instructions include photo tutorials for the Paris stitch (the main body of the cuff), FPdc (front post dc) and FPsc (front post sc) which form the ribbing.

There is also a tutorial on how to make the Foundation sc (Fsc) stitch that is used to begin the pattern. The Fsc stitch keeps the beginning ribbing rows from rolling so it's a good skill to know. Some customers have found this video helpful as well:

Dimensions (unstretched):
(All lengths are 6 inches - there are notes for length adjustment and also how to calculate widths for more sizes). The small size should fit a large child size.

Small (Petite): 10" circumference
Medium: 12" circumference
Large: is 14" circumference
Plus: 16" circumference

All patterns are written using US crochet standard terms.


3" by 3" = 6 Paris stitches (repeats of rows 5-6) by 7 rounds.
