Is Lianka Azulay left-handed? The pattern states to turn after row 41 of the sole and sc around. Then, with the right side facing, you should count counterclockwise from the last stitch to 22 to place the first marker. My last stitch, with the right side facing, is at the top right. In the photo provided in the pattern, the last stitch is on the top left. I decided to place the markers as best I could, with 48 stitches for the heel section and 48 for the front. (I am making the small). I will continue on, hoping I am not messing this whole thing up.
I have made 3 pair of these and found noe errors inthe pattern, however I did have a problem with my gauge. I finally used the small adult size pattern and omitted 2 rows right before the 2nd increase, which then gave me the correct length for the small size. I worked the smal size pattern as is and got a medium size. The baby bootie pattern is right also.I made one pair of them.
I reread the pattern and worked it out on paper, now I get it :)
I am having a.problem with the adult pattern. Row 26 medium size, if you increase the row as instructed you only have 14 stitches not 16. You cannot decrease to 14 at row 35.
I need some help Please ! !Will someone please respond so I can get through the first pair as I bought enough for two pair for now.I am having problems coming up with the 96 sc around the sole of the boot. It says to do 2 sc in each corner. How many corners are there and where are they??? Please I have taken this out more then I care to admit. HELP PLEASE. Jan
These boots are great. Just putting the finishing touches on mine, then have people lined up who want a pair. Patter is very easy to read with lots of great pictures to help a person along. I already made the baby version and gave them away as a baby gift and will be making these for many others that I know as well. Love all of her patterns and can't wait to purchase more.

I am somewhat new to crocheting and can't figure out how to do the front double post half crochet 2 together bit...is there a video somewhere?
YeS! Go on youtube and search for crocodile stitch - Teresa Richardson and Bob Wilson both have very good videos on this stitch as well as some nice free patterns
I purchased this pattern and am now on my third pair. It has taken me this long to figure out all the inconsistencies and typos so I could rework it to be correct. I have crocheted for 43 years and this is the first pattern that I have ever had with problems. I am very dissappointed with this pattern and the child pattern. Both have the same problems. I will think twice before getting another.
If you were more specific perhaps the patterns could be corrected? It would be a help for those of us who haven't purchased it yet.
I'm having so many problems making the small sized adult boots. I've had to rip the whole thing 3 times at this point. Could you offer any assistance, maybe explain the inconsistencies and typos that you corrected? I'd love to finish them as a Christmas present but can't get past the 96sc sole edging error or the decreasing on the body section. I haven't managed to get to the cuff section yet as I keep on having to rip it out and start again. Please help if you can :)
