With the weather colder and colder as well as my baby grown up, I design these beautiful boots for her in order to keep her warm and pretty. I like ruffle so I try to figure out something like ruffle as decoration for these baby boots.

This pattern includes sizes 0-6 months, 6-9 and 9-12 months sizes
