Pattern Description:

You can make this hat in two contrasting colors like I did or make it in just one single color. I have included the pattern for making corkscrews as well as pom poms in the pattern. I suggest you make it with corkscrews for babies and with pom poms for kids and adults. The hat with its stripes would look great on a boy or man without the pom poms too. You can adapt it for a boy or girl by varying the colors. The hat is easy to work up and will leave very few yarn tails. Every step is clearly described with pictures.

* Pattern uses Hooks G ( 4.25mm) for size 6-12 months and Hook H (5mm) for all the other sizes .

* Hook F is used for the corkscrews. It is written in standard American terms.

* Pattern includes all sizes from newborn to Man.

*Hat is worked using Worsted weight/ Aran (Size 4 Medium) yarn. Stitches used are single crochet, half double crochet, and slip stitch.
