Easy sewing with silk,
I must confess that I was a bit of a reluctant learner, I didn't really want to do the hard work and I wasn''t overly keen on the pattern but then I decided that I signed up to learn and this is what | would do. Well done Linda. . This was an excellent course with many many hints and tips that made my sewing so much easier. I have now made 4 shirts and I love the shirt. Best Class Ever
Linda's way of explaining the different methods of construction is one of the very best, of any of the classes I have taken on the Craftsy platform. The camera work is excellent.Linda does not take for granted that you know, She explains as she progresses throught the class. I have never worked with silk and have five pieces in my closet. Outstanding Class
I have been sewing for 50 years, Many of my techniques are outdated. Linda Lee's video instructions are so precise and clean. The Liberty Jacket classes demonstrates so many new ways to construct the perfect silk garment, I have shied away from couture techniques, but since I took the class I have found them easy to understand and use, as well as being able to decide when to use them. I feel I am able to tackle silk projects, though I think I will go gradually from easier silks to hard ...

I have come back to dressmaking after a 20 year break and found this class extremely helpful and it has given me the confidence I needed. The instructions were very clear and went through everything step by step. I am enrolled on loads of Craftsy classes and this is up there with the best of them. I haven't taken a sewing class for 20 years - Linda reminded me how much I had forgotten and how much more I needed to learn, to conquer my stash properly.
Due to the uninterrupted camera angles , I now understand how to use the feet on my machine to better advantage. She also fully explained equipment that I have seen and wondered about.
