Class overview

I really enjoyed this class. Particularly liked being able to take notes along the way and then print them out.
I have added some of them to parts of my own recipe file...
Can't wait to share with other these ideas.

Not new to braising but learned so much!

Braising is my favorite cooking method, and I have many favorite recipes. By watching these lessons and learning more about the "science" of what goes on during a braise, I have already improved my technique.

Wonderful class!

When it comes to cooking, I am usually doing good if I can make hamburger helper. I really appreciated Molly's class! She went through everything so thoroughly that even I was able to figure it out. I absolutely love the fact that she didn't simply give recipes, she taught how and why to do each of the steps. I came away from this class not only with the knowledge of how to braise, but now I know about meat cuts, seasonings and other techniques. Thank you so much Molly and Craftsy! I cannot ...

Excellent Class!

I enjoyed this class so much! Very well presented by Molly Stevens. I learned a lot and will be watching it again and trying different dishes. I will also be looking for another class from this instructor, I like her style. Joanna

Very useful

I liked the way the class was structured with Molly showing each stage with 3 different recipes, rather than working on one recipe at a time completely. Instructions were clear and informative and I learnt a lot I did not know, even though I have been cooking for many years. The class gave me the confidence to try my own thing and so far I have done several braises and none of them were the actual recipes from the course.
