Excellent Class

This is my second Craftsy class with Molly Stevens and, just as with the roasting class, I have learned so much. Molly is an excellent teacher. She gives lots of tips to help you get the most out of your recipes and I love that she talks about the reasons behind using certain techniques. Knowing why you should take the time to brown or reduce the liquid makes me take the time necessary and get the most flavor out of the meal I'm cooking. I love her teaching and cooking style!

Excellent!

Have not gotten through all the lessons yet, but have already learned heaps of things I did nit know. Have read numerous cookbooks and searched the Internet for proper braising, but nothing has turned out like I want it. Have tried to duplicate my mom's braising and Jamie Oliver, but no go.

These techniques, however, I'm positive I will be able to do with success. The instructor is very clear about each step and why you do things this way. It's wonderful to know the reasons ...
