Tough pot roast-no more!

Molly is a fabulous teacher. I have learned so much. I have also learned why most of my meat dishes were tasting so tough and unflavorful. I was not making them correctly. This class is a must have if you really want to understand how to cook a very succulent piece of meat. There is a also a great lesson on vegetables. Amazing class. I want to take her roasting class now as well.

Excellent Class

This is my second Craftsy class with Molly Stevens and, just as with the roasting class, I have learned so much. Molly is an excellent teacher. She gives lots of tips to help you get the most out of your recipes and I love that she talks about the reasons behind using certain techniques. Knowing why you should take the time to brown or reduce the liquid makes me take the time necessary and get the most flavor out of the meal I'm cooking. I love her teaching and cooking style!
