Fantastic Class!

I learned so much about roasting and I now use the roasting techniques Molly teaches several times a week (usually with steak and salmon). I'm almost looking forward to when the weather gets cold again so I can enjoy having the oven on. You don't just learn which meats roast well at what temperatures but also how to test the temperature of the meat accurately and how to cut the meat so that it will be the most tender. I really enjoyed the class and the instructor's style.
