If I Can Do It, You Can Do It Too!!

This class is AWESOME! The instructor (Evan) is an excellent teacher and knows this subject well, as she was able to teach ME how to make my own pie from scratch, which I have not done before. I made a chicken pot pie and the crust was soooo flaky and it held up! I thought surely it would turn out soggy. I can't wait to make more pies!! My hubby and my boys encouraged me all the way and were delighted with the results! Thank you Evan!

Wonderful information

Love this course, I've tried and tried and always had trouble making pie crust, this class has shown me what I've done to make those failures and now I can't wait to try it out. Still haven't found my pastry cloth but once I do I get started

Not Just For Beginners!

I went to culinary school for baking & patisserie, and although the pie-making techniques I learned result in good pies, it can be somewhat complicated. I wanted to learn an easier way to make good pies, especially since my friends sometimes ask me for pie-making advice. This was an excellent class for that. I was amazed at how flaky the crust turned out using Evan's techniques, using all-purpose flour (instead of pastry flour), and just using my hands to cut the fats into the flour.
