Learned so much...

This was an excellent class providing a wealth of ideas, hints, and plain old "how to." Chef Gerri was an outstanding instructor. After taking this class I believe I have endless possibilities of wonderful dishes to prepare.

Gnocchi cooking success is assured

Gerri is very organised and professional in her approach. Each lesson is broken down into easily understood steps with very good visual demonstrations of these steps. Her explanations of the method used for each dish is clear and concise with valuable hints given to help the novice. I asked a question and the reply came within a day. A thoroughly enjoyable class and already I have had many gnocchi success. Thank you

Super class no matter whether you struggle to boil water or are an experienced cook. Gerri is a great instructor - very thorough and clear. I like some of the video add-ons Craftsy is inserting into the newer food classes - helpful!

Loved this class

I've made potato gnocchi before and they always fell apart or were hard as rocks so that I pretty much gave up on one of my favorite Italian dishes. Geri made it so easy. I followed her potato gnocchi instructions exactly and they were terrific. I just wish my photo would do them justice.

I have watched all lessons - had no idea that I could make gnocchi from squash! - and will try all of the recipes provided.

Loved this class

I enjoyed this class. Several weeks before I bought this class I had made butternut squash gnocchi. I cooked the butternut with some potato and sage and started adding flour. The mix seems too batter like. I was expecting it to be closer to a dough and even though I kept adding flour it didn't seem to get a lot thicker. I was able to roll it on a bit of four and cut it. After cooking sauteed in a sage butter sauce and it tasted great but I decided to take this class to get some gnocchi ...
