Excellent class

I love Martha's presentation style and she gives you a toolkit for making all kinds of sauces for different dishes. Perfectly approachable for advanced beginner cooks and I really love being able to experiment with all kinds of flavoring options.

Learned a lot!

I am a pretty good cook but was wanting to know more about making sauces since I have yet to crack that code. Martha explained everything perfectly and anticipated any question I was thinking. I now feel confident and ready to tackle sauces!

Great Class

I thoroughly enjoyed pan sauces with Martha. It is so far the best class I have taken.
She explained the techniques along with some of the science behind cooking which I really enjoyed. I feel, I got good value for the money. She covered quite a lot of techniques.
She wasn't monotone where I was falling asleep. The chefs really have to have enthusiasm while teaching as it is hard just to sit and listen through the whole course.
I only hope she continues to work with Craftsy ...

What a great class! Martha is cool as a cucumber :) very calm and collected

Amazing Class That Will Change All Your Meals!

Love this class! The instructor is very clear, explains the reason for each step and seasoning, and how you can change things up. The techniques are very traditional and will be used in all cuisines not simply French classics. Martha Holmberg is a terrific instructor who pays attention to details such as pan size, heat, additions, timing and what the sauce should look like at each stage.
