Love This Class!

I've been making sourdough bread for quite some time and still have learned a lot watching this class. My starter is a descendant of one an organic farmer brought with her from Germany 50 years ago and it was from her grandmothers before that so is quite precious to me. It is always fed with rye flour. It has been interesting to me to see the difference in a starter fed with white flour. Sourdough Bread

Wow, I'm quite impressed. I have been baking bread for about 4 years now and I'm still learning new techniques. The kneading was very different than what I'm used to, excited to see how it impacts my bread. Love it so far.
