Bite me

This class is one of my favorites so far, and I haven't even been able to create a finished bread yet... It is a little difficult but Richard Miscovich is very supportive and very informative. He clearly has a love for sour dough, and that makes this class all the better. I can not wait to make all kinds of wonderful creations with my starter.

New life for an old starter

I have been making sourdough with a "caught" starter for about 5 years but I have learned so much in this class and seeing how Richard tames soft and sticky dough with the folding and pinching technique has significantly changed my own technique. In addition, I love how Richard is so respectful of the live culture. You can teach an old baker new tricks after all. Many thanks for a great experience.
