Working with nature...

I think this class is amazing - I love knowing how to make things from the most natural raw ingredients and learning the process of cultivating wild yeast is a pure delight. No more total reliance on yeast packets bought from shops! The fact that the starter takes days and weeks (or can be kept perpetually alive, or revived if it has been neglected, even for weeks) and needs to be fed every day introduces a sense of a different rhythm of life, a slower and yes, natural one so that breadmaking ...

Easy to follow

This class provides a lot of information, but, since a visual approach helps me most, it is easier to follow than simply trying to read a cook book.
