Very helpful for new sourdough bakers

The instructor in this class is very laid back, making the whole process of developing and working with sourdough much less intimidating. Lots of general baking tips and tricks, too.

Bite me

This class is one of my favorites so far, and I haven't even been able to create a finished bread yet... It is a little difficult but Richard Miscovich is very supportive and very informative. He clearly has a love for sour dough, and that makes this class all the better. I can not wait to make all kinds of wonderful creations with my starter.

New life for an old starter

I have been making sourdough with a "caught" starter for about 5 years but I have learned so much in this class and seeing how Richard tames soft and sticky dough with the folding and pinching technique has significantly changed my own technique. In addition, I love how Richard is so respectful of the live culture. You can teach an old baker new tricks after all. Many thanks for a great experience.
