Wonderful Low-Key Class

What a joy to have a personal class on the cooking of Provence by Georgeanne Brennan! From beginning to end it was great to see how to use everyday tools and hands to make relatively uncomplicated, healthy, delicious food in the Provencal style. Mediterranean diet indeed!

Really great class

This was probably one of the first few cooking classes that I purchased at Craftsy. I would not have called myself a baker, I made the lemon tart and my neighbor and great friend asks me for it all the time when she has company to impress. My sone who was 8 at the time I first made it requests it for every birthday and in between. I also changed it up and made it as a tarte tatin (my version. I love so many of the dishes. I love this course! My husband has lived in Nice France so he was very impressed that I was able to surprise him with some of his favourite dishes! This course is absolutely charming if you are planning a fancy dinner party. Our instructor is very easy to listen to and she really has a passion for French Cooking. You will love to cook with her recipes! Incredibly glamorous entertaining!

Very relaxing course, great recipes, welcoming instructor

Georgeanne exudes a sense of warmth and a down-to-earth teaching style that is relaxing. I used her recipes for a dinner with a French friend and they were pleased with the authenticity of the meal. I was impressed by the simplicity and feeling like I was sitting in the kitchen of a long time friend.

Great Class!!

I made the roast leg of lamb, tomatoes provencal, and the flageolet beans for Easter; I did add bacon, vinegar, onions, and garlic to the beans but the recipes were very good and everyone was very impressed. Great class!
