Wonderful class
I couldn't be happier with this class. It took my fear away of FMQ. I completed the sampler with a few mistakes but am ready to go on to another one, Thank you Craftsy and Leah Day for a wonderful experience. I had a ball.
THE BEST
I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. I have now taken 13 Craftsy classes and even one other from Leah Day on Free Motion Fillers and this one on the sampler is the best one yet because I'm more prone to use these designs on my quilts than the all-over fillers in her other one. I'm hoping for another one like this where she shows examples of what to put where. Thank you Craftsy and Leah Day.
The Best Free Motion Quilt Instruction I Have Ever Had
I struggled with fmq for a long time. I bought several books, took a class at a quilt shop, and took an online class on another website. Nothing inspired me to keep at it until taking this class. Leah is an incredible teacher and even greater motivator. I have several quilt tops that have been hanging around my spare bedroom begging to be quilted and now I am inspired to give them the attention they deserve. She is easy to listen to and easy to follow. She doesn't make assumptions about the level of skill the watcher has and is very encouraging.
Don't assume you'll be a master FMQ, though, as good a teacher as she is practice is key. If you are an easily frustrated or impatient person I would not recommend taking this class.

Leah does an excellent job teaching free motion quilting! I did not make the sampler quilt but am tempted to now after watching this course! I purchased this class to learn different free motion techniques and I am 100% satisfied with her class! I love her visual way of teaching since I am a visual learner! She does a great job of teaching with the perfect combination of talking and sewing at the same time!! I definitely would recommend this class to anyone who is new or not so new to FMQing! ...
